- Damage caused by excessive wind, storms or operating the product outside its intended conditions.
- Incorrect installation or unsuitable mounting structure.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, pressure washing, corrosive environments or inadequate care.
- Damage caused by rolling or storing fabrics/PVC while wet where this contributes to the problem.
- Third-party electrical work, wiring faults or power-supply issues.
Other parts, property and additional work
A warranty for a particular component applies to that component. It does not automatically include damage to other parts, surrounding property, finishes, structures, wiring, electrical work, access costs or consequential works, except to the extent that a remedy is required by applicable New Zealand law.
Customer measurements
Where you supply the measurements, you are responsible for checking that those dimensions and order selections are correct before manufacture. A product made correctly to incorrectly supplied dimensions is not considered faulty.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will advise the next step and whether any component needs to be returned for assessment.
